Instructions

  1. Press or finely chop the garlic, squeeze the lemon. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and herbs. Salt and pepper. Let the dressing steep for at least 1 hour. If necessary, season again.
  2. Tips: If you take frozen herbs, I recommend the 8-herb variant. They should be thawed a bit beforehand so that no lumps form, but you can of course also use fresh herbs to taste.
  3. Add vinegar as desired - depending on how sour you like it - I always take about 1 teaspoon. Start with a little vinegar, as it increases in intensity when you let it steep.
