• 1 clove garlic
• 3 tablespoon pine nuts
• 1 dl olive oil
• little pepper
• 3 tablespoon cheese, grated

Instructions

1. Puree the watercress, garlic and pine nuts or chop them very finely. Gradually stir in the oil, season with pepper and mix everything with the cheese.
