Wash, peel and core apples and cut into small pieces. Mix apple pieces with lemon juice and puree. Add powdered sugar, syrup and grain and puree again.
Fill the liqueur into bottles and close tightly.
It is best to drink it immediately, but it can be kept in the refrigerator for a good 14 days.
Tip:
If you don`t like the pureed pulp in the liqueur, you can also pass it through a sieve or use apple juice, it tastes good too.
