Ingredients
- 3 apples, sour, Boskoop or similar
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 80 g powdered suar
- 200 ml grenadine syrup
- 500 ml schnapps (double grain)

- Wash, peel and core apples and cut into small pieces. Mix apple pieces with lemon juice and puree. Add powdered sugar, syrup and grain and puree again.
- Fill the liqueur into bottles and close tightly.
- It is best to drink it immediately, but it can be kept in the refrigerator for a good 14 days.
- Tip:
- If you don`t like the pureed pulp in the liqueur, you can also pass it through a sieve or use apple juice, it tastes good too.
