Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg, whisk and mix in with the low-fat quark. Add the protein powder along with the baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and mix everything to a smooth batter. Optionally, the chopped nuts can now be added for the crunchy effect. Put the batter in muffin molds (I prefer silicone molds). This amount makes 3 muffins. Bake the molds in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
