- 30 g protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 banana (s), ripe
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon nuts, chopped, optional

- Mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg, whisk and mix in with the low-fat quark. Add the protein powder along with the baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and mix everything to a smooth batter. Optionally, the chopped nuts can now be added for the crunchy effect. Put the batter in muffin molds (I prefer silicone molds). This amount makes 3 muffins. Bake the molds in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
- I eat these muffins for breakfast. But they are also great as a healthy snack in the office if you are in the mood for something sweet.
