Instructions

  1. First remove leaves and stems from cauliflower. Then cook the entire head in salted water for 10 - 12 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, season the minced meat and add the diced onion. Drain the cauliflower head well and place in a baking dish with the stalk facing down. Distribute the minced meat mixture on the cauliflower head and move gently. Place a layer of bacon slices all around and layer cheese over the bacon slices (only on top). There is a choice of minced poultry, low-fat cheese and low-fat bacon slices.
  3. Cook the bomb in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the minced meat layer) in the oven.
