Fry the grilled cheese on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes until it is golden brown. Set aside and pat the fat a little with kitchen paper.
Then season the minced meat with salt, pepper, a little paprika and mustard and form a patty out of it. Fry brown on both sides in the pan.
Then use the grilled cheese as a roll, wrap the patty in between and, if you like, also place tomato slices, cucumber, some bacon and onions in between.
Definitely fills you up and is absolutely low-carb!
