Instructions

  1. Chia meets coconut - two superfoods in one drink / pudding. Done quickly, is very filling and gives you strength for the next few hours. Ideal as a snack between meals.
  2. Put all ingredients (first the liquid and then the solid) in a blender and puree vigorously. A hand blender does it too. Season the sweetness again and place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Then mix well.
  3. If you can`t wait, you can have the drink right away, it is still liquid. Only after standing for 20 minutes does it become creamy (pudding-like).
