Preheat the oven to 150 degrees circulating air. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients and carefully fold into the egg white.
Place a few heaps of dough (depending on the desired size) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes until the desired brown color is achieved.
It is best to eat it warm straight away. Since they are still nice and fluffy.
