Wash the zucchini and slice as desired. Cut the ham and sheep cheese into cubes. Finely chop the garlic or garlic.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the zucchini and ham and fry lightly. Stir in the eggs and creme fraîche, season everything. Use salt sparingly, as cheese and ham are already salty.
Add the garlic and the cubes of sheep`s cheese and serve immediately. If you like, you can also add onions.
