Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites very stiff.
  2. In another bowl, stir the egg yolks and cream cheese until frothy, carefully fold in the egg whites.
  3. Spread 4 larger or 6 smaller, fairly flat piles on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 150 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  5. Can be made super sweet as a bread substitute or with cinnamon, for example.
