Mix all dry ingredients. Then add everything wet and liquid and knead the dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer.
Shape the dough into a bread and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For the furrow in the middle of the bread, simply cut lengthways with a knife approx. 5 mm deep.
Bake the bread at 180 ° C for 1.25 hours. Make a test with the wooden stick! The baking time varies depending on the thickness of the bread.
The bread is also easy to freeze and thaw again; but it must have cooled down completely beforehand, otherwise it will be too damp.
