Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients to a smooth dough and cover in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat salted water in a large saucepan, then use two teaspoons to remove the dumplings from the dough and add to the boiling water. Let simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat until the gnocchi rise to the surface.
  3. Serve with any pasta sauce.
