Peel and thinly grate the carrot, wash and core the bell peppers and cut into strips. Wash the mung bean sprouts well and let them drain.
Put the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat and carrots in it, after a short time add the peppers and continue frying until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt and chilli or pepper, add ajvar and sour cream and mix well. Season to taste and finally stir in the sprouts.
