- Use a food processor or mixer to process 100 grams of the sunflower seeds, 40 grams of the pumpkin seeds, sesame and flax seeds into flour.
- Mix the flour in a bowl with the remaining sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and knead with the baking powder, salt and eggs to form a dough.
