Let frozen meat thaw about half an hour beforehand. Chop the parsley and garlic.
Put the plain yoghurt, parsley and garlic in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator.
Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces and dice. Put in a bowl, season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
Now fry the thawed frozen meat in a pan with a little olive oil until it is cooked through. While the meat is roasting, wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into small pieces.
Arrange the kebab meat, lettuce and tomatoes on the plate and pour the yogurt sauce over it.
