Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine leaves or roughly slice. Layer in a wide pan and sprinkle the individual layers lightly with salt and xucker. Cover and leave to stand for about a quarter of an hour.
  2. Then add the butter and cook the vegetables on a low flame without adding any water. Finally add the cream and season with pepper, parsley, dill and chives.
