- 4 m kohlrabi
- 1 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 ½ cup cream
- 50 g butter
- pepper
- some stalks dill
- some stalks chives
- some stalks parsley

- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine leaves or roughly slice. Layer in a wide pan and sprinkle the individual layers lightly with salt and xucker. Cover and leave to stand for about a quarter of an hour.
- Then add the butter and cook the vegetables on a low flame without adding any water. Finally add the cream and season with pepper, parsley, dill and chives.
- Has about 5 g of carbohydrates per 100 g.
