Instructions

  1. Rinse the kidney beans in a colander and drain. Cut the zucchini and carrot into small pieces.
  2. Put some oil in the pan and fry the onion briefly, add the minced meat and fry with it. Add the zucchini and carrot pieces and fry for 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes, kidney beans and spices and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. You can vary the recipe with other vegetables.
