Instructions

  1. Mix the protein powder with the wholemeal flour and baking powder in a small bowl and then stir in the egg white and milk.
  2. Bake the dough in a coated and greased pan (I use coconut oil) over medium heat to make pancakes. To do this, put about a tablespoon of dough in the pan and gently press apart, as the dough is rather firm. As soon as the dough starts to bubble, turn it once.
  3. Quark with fresh fruit or calorie-free chocolate syrup also tastes good.
