Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer. Heat a pan and, if necessary, fry the pancakes on both sides with a little butter.
  2. The recipe makes about 5 - 6 small pancakes.
  3. Tip: Better to bake a lot of small pancakes, because they are easier to turn. Chocolate sauce tastes good with it without sugar.
