- 1 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute)
- some cinnamon

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer. Heat a pan and, if necessary, fry the pancakes on both sides with a little butter.
- The recipe makes about 5 - 6 small pancakes.
- Tip: Better to bake a lot of small pancakes, because they are easier to turn. Chocolate sauce tastes good with it without sugar.
