First you separate the 3 eggs and put the 3 egg whites in a shaker. Alternatively, there is also a cup that you can close with a lid. Then add about 40 g of the vanilla protein powder to the egg white and mix everything together well. Please do not use a mixer for this, otherwise the egg white will be beaten until stiff.
You can now bake the mixture in a pan with hot oil, I recommend tasteless sunflower oil. Each page takes about 30-60 seconds.
Up to 2 medium-sized pancakes can be baked from this amount.
For the sauce, put the remaining 40 g of vanilla protein powder with the sweetener and milk in a bowl and mix everything well so that you end up with a thicker vanilla sauce. You can now pour this sauce over the baked pancakes.
