Put the dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in water. Mix everything together well and let rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat.
Roll out the dough very thinly. It is best to place it between two layers of cling film.
Pre-bake for 8 minutes on the middle rack without foil. Take out, turn the oven up to 220 degrees. Cover the dough sheet as you like and bake for another 8-10 minutes on the middle rack.
