  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 30 g flaxseed flour
  • 15 g coconut flour
  • a bit salt
  • 75 g water, hot

Instructions

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in water. Mix everything together well and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat.
  3. Roll out the dough very thinly. It is best to place it between two layers of cling film.
  4. Pre-bake for 8 minutes on the middle rack without foil. Take out, turn the oven up to 220 degrees. Cover the dough sheet as you like and bake for another 8-10 minutes on the middle rack.
