Instructions

  1. Whisk the quark, soy drink and olive oil well with the whisk.
  2. Then add the bran first. Then add soy flour, whole wheat flour, almonds and baking powder, salt and spices. Mix everything well with a spoon. Finally, fold in the cheese, fried onions and salami cut into small pieces.
  3. The mass is still a bit mushy but that`s okay. Shape it into about 20 balls. They all fit on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees fan for approx. 25 minutes. Let cool down.
