Take the konja circle out of the packaging, pour off the water and rinse in a sieve with clear water. The konja circle may have a slightly fishy odor that will dissipate. Otherwise it is tasteless and takes on the taste of the ingredients.
Mix the milk with the konjac flour as a binding agent with a whisk. Put the konja circle and the milk mixture in a saucepan and simmer for about 3 minutes on medium heat until the desired consistency is reached.
Sweeten the boiled rice pudding and add the vanilla and cinnamon. Important: taste it!
Wash the fruit, cut into small pieces and serve with the rice.
