Instructions

  1. Wash berries. Put the quark, water and berries in a blender, sweeten with sweetener and mix. You can choose to add a tablespoon of linseed oil or 30g of Brazil nuts. If the curd cheese is eaten for breakfast, you can add oatmeal. This is a good substitute for muesli.
