Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into strips.
  2. For the sauce, fry the garlic with the pine nuts and the chili peppers in olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes, pesto and basil. Simmer everything together a little.
  3. Now just add the zucchini and simmer / simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and at the end sprinkle the parmesan on top.
