For the cream:
Instructions
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside 2 or 3 for decoration.
- Put all the ingredients for the cream (except strawberries) in a bowl and beat until a firm cream is formed. Finally fold in the strawberries.
- Place the cream on the sponge cake like a dome and decorate with the remaining strawberries.
- If you like, you can still use cake icing.
