Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add all dry ingredients and mix. Add the water and knead well with a dough hook for about four minutes. I`ll use a food processor. Gradually add the apple and carrot while kneading.
  2. The dough is not quite firm, but it should come off the edge of the bowl well. If this is not the case, mix in a little more spelled flour type 630.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat and bake the bread for about 30 - 35 minutes, depending on the oven. Make a chopsticks sample.
  4. The dough is sized for a small loaf pan. Double the amount can also be baked in a normal sized pan. Then the baking time will be longer. Make a chopsticks sample.
  5. The recipe is low in histamine and can be modified with different seeds / kernels depending on the tolerance. In terms of taste, it goes well with both salty and sweet bread toppings.
