Instructions
Dice the meat, sauté with the onion, season with salt, add caraway seeds and then pour the beer on top. Add the breadcrumbs and occasionally add the broth and simmer for about 1/2 hour until the meat is nice and tender. Season with sour cream.
It goes well with dumplings.
