Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables. Peppers and sun-dried tomatoes in strips, tomatoes in cubes. Dice the whites of the spring onions. Cut the green into rings.
  2. Fry the lupine slices in olive oil. Add the onion cubes and dried tomatoes and fry them. Add the paprika strips and diced tomatoes and sauté briefly. The vegetables should still remain crisp. Stir in the tomato paste and caramelize briefly. Season with salt and harissa. Take the pan off the heat and fold in the spring onion rings.
  3. Fried polenta slices go well with this.
