Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Then toss in the butter.
Heat the oven to 220 °.
Leave the ham or bacon in a saucepan. Add the chopped paprika, cheese, parsley, cream and crème fraîche and briefly bring the sauce to the boil.
Put the macaroni in a baking dish. Roll up the ham slices and place them on top. Pour the sauce on top and bake everything in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
