Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the bacon cubes just before the end. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir in the tomato paste. Then stir in a beaker of sour cream.
Put the pasta and the minced meat in layers in a baking dish. Finish with pasta as the last layer. Spread the second cup of sour cream on the pasta and sprinkle everything with cheese.
Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees circulating air.
