Cook the pasta in salted water for about 12 minutes. Cut the leek into rings and cook for 5 minutes. Halve tomatoes, dice ham, onions and garlic. Sauté the onions and garlic in hot fat. Dust with flour and deglaze with stock and cream, bring to the boil. Stir in the cream cheese and 25 g Gauda, season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta, leek, ham, tomatoes and sauce, pour into a greased dish, sprinkle with the rest of the Gauda and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Garnish with marjoram and tomatoes.
