Instructions

  1. The noodles are cooked firm to the bite in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean and wash vegetables. Halve the tomatoes, halve the zucchini lengthways and cut into slices. Cut the spring onions into rings. Put everything aside for now.
  3. Season the chopped meat with the gyros spice. Then fry in a hot pan for about ten minutes, then remove from the pan. Now put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat it and then fry the vegetables in it. Add the meat again. Dust everything with 1 tablespoon flour and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock and cream. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with the spices as needed.
  4. Now layer the cooked pasta, meat and cheese alternately in a greased baking dish. Finish with cheese.
  5. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
