Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (short macaroni)
- salt and pepper
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 2 small zucchini
- 600 g pork, shredded
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml whipped cream
- Spice mix for gyros
- cheese, grated
- Fat for the shape

- The noodles are cooked firm to the bite in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Clean and wash vegetables. Halve the tomatoes, halve the zucchini lengthways and cut into slices. Cut the spring onions into rings. Put everything aside for now.
- Season the chopped meat with the gyros spice. Then fry in a hot pan for about ten minutes, then remove from the pan. Now put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat it and then fry the vegetables in it. Add the meat again. Dust everything with 1 tablespoon flour and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock and cream. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with the spices as needed.
- Now layer the cooked pasta, meat and cheese alternately in a greased baking dish. Finish with cheese.
- Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
