Ingredients

  • 4 leeks
  • salt
  • 160 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 80 g cooked ham, without fat
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • pepper
  • 125 ml milk, low-fat (1.5% fat)
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese (30% fat in dry matter)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon cheese (3% fat in dry matter), grated

Instructions

  1. Clean the leek, cut into rings and blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and drain it too.
  2. Dice the onion and ham and fry them together in heated oil. Add the leek and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the mixture together with the pasta in a baking dish (24 cm x 28 cm).
  3. Now whisk the milk with the vegetable stock, eggs, cream cheese and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and pour it over the casserole. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 30 - 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
