Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, cut the sausages into thin slices. Cut the onions and peppers into fine strips. Drain the corn.
Heat a little oil in a large pan, fry the sausages, onions and peppers in the pan. Add the drained pasta and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the corn and the crème fraîche and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Scatter the cheese on top and fold in slightly.
