Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, cut the sausages into thin slices. Cut the onions and peppers into fine strips. Drain the corn.
  2. Heat a little oil in a large pan, fry the sausages, onions and peppers in the pan. Add the drained pasta and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and the crème fraîche and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Scatter the cheese on top and fold in slightly.
