- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Cut spring onions into rings, ham into cubes, mushrooms into slices.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the spring onions, mushrooms and ham in it and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the milk and the processed cheese and let it simmer for about 8 minutes. Season well.
- Add the pasta and asparagus at the end. Let the whole thing stand and then enjoy.
