First cut the meat, peppers and onions into small pieces. Heat a little fat in the wok. Then fry the meat and onions in a wok. When the meat is white all around, add the peppers and fry a little again. Then add the tomato paste and stir until everything is well distributed. Then add the water and stir.
While the sauce is simmering, cook the macaroni in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
When the macaroni are almost ready, add the sour cream to the sauce and stir. Now you can add a little ketchup and the spices.
Drain the macaroni, do not rinse. Add the macaroni to the sauce and stir gently and slowly. Finally sprinkle a little chives over it and put 2 basil leaves on top.
