Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- 1 large pointed pepper
- 2 thick onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- some ketchup
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey breast
- salt and pepper
- some basil, dried
- 250 g macaroni
- some oil for frying
- Chive rolls
- 2 basil leaves

- First cut the meat, peppers and onions into small pieces. Heat a little fat in the wok. Then fry the meat and onions in a wok. When the meat is white all around, add the peppers and fry a little again. Then add the tomato paste and stir until everything is well distributed. Then add the water and stir.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the macaroni in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- When the macaroni are almost ready, add the sour cream to the sauce and stir. Now you can add a little ketchup and the spices.
- Drain the macaroni, do not rinse. Add the macaroni to the sauce and stir gently and slowly. Finally sprinkle a little chives over it and put 2 basil leaves on top.
