Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tomato (s), without seeds, diced
  • 3 slices ham, raw, possibly
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 half chilli pepper (s), small, chopped
  • 400 g pasta (e.. macaroni)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), chopped
  • lots parmesan
  • Water (salt water)
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water and preheat the oven to 230 ° C top heat. Sweat the chopped onion and diced tomatoes in butter and deglaze with the stock.
  2. Simmer briefly and add the cream. Bring to the boil briefly and then add the chopped chilli pepper and garlic and, if you like, ham. Season with pepper (and salt if ham was not used). Add the pasta and toss in it.
  3. Then put everything in a baking dish and cover everything with cheese as desired and put it in the oven. Serve after 5 minutes or when it has reached the desired color.
