Make a kneading dough from the first ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
For the macaroon mixture, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually stir in the sugar. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
Cut out small, round circles from the dough and place on a baking sheet. Pour the macaroon mixture into a piping bag and use the serrated hole nozzle to spray small tips onto the cut-out cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
