Instructions

  1. Just roll the fish fillets in flour and then briefly brown on both sides.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Briefly bring to the boil together with all the other ingredients for the stock in a saucepan. Pour over the fried mackerel. Let it steep in the fridge for about 3 days.
  3. Fried potatoes or bread rolls are enough.
