• 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 1 cup cream, fresh
• 6 tablespoon sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 can peach (s)
• 100 ml milk, fresh, or sparkling mineral water
• 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and stir well. Cut the peach halves into bite-sized pieces and stir into the quark. Finally, whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture.
