Bring the milk to the boil, switch off the stove and slowly stir in soft wheat semolina. Immediately pour into a mixing bowl or bowl and wait approx. 3 minutes so that the semolina becomes mushy. Then stir in 1 good pinch of stevia powder, vanilla sugar and bitter almond oil.
Place the mixing bowl in the cold water bath, add the baking powder and stir with the electric hand mixer for at least 5 minutes. The magic semolina doubles and becomes nice and fluffy.
Serve either warm or cold with or without cinnamon.
If you like, you can stir in nougat cream, cocoa, plum jam, blueberries, cherries or lemon juice. Don`t forget the extra calories!
