Ingredients
- 500 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 70 g semolina (soft wheat)
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch sweetener (stevia powder), white
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 2 drops bitter almond flavor
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- Bring the milk to the boil, switch off the stove and slowly stir in soft wheat semolina. Immediately pour into a mixing bowl or bowl and wait approx. 3 minutes so that the semolina becomes mushy. Then stir in 1 good pinch of stevia powder, vanilla sugar and bitter almond oil.
- Place the mixing bowl in the cold water bath, add the baking powder and stir with the electric hand mixer for at least 5 minutes. The magic semolina doubles and becomes nice and fluffy.
- Serve either warm or cold with or without cinnamon.
- If you like, you can stir in nougat cream, cocoa, plum jam, blueberries, cherries or lemon juice. Don`t forget the extra calories!
